Business Development For Selling Into Older Denver Homes (Basements)

 you're a basement finishing company.  Our client Blue Sky Basements has developed a very interesting niche by providing basement finishing in older Denver homes.  I know it doesn't sound like its defined enough, but in reality, there aren't that many basement finishers who like this type work,

Denver Basement Finishing

This is were it all began.  Denver basement finishing was the first site we put togther to help support our clients in getting new business. In those days, no one was doing SEO for individual basement finishing sites. They choices were pretty slim for on line marketing.

A basement finishing company did have several sources for co-op leads. Service magic was big, and a host of other basement finishing company lead generators. The problem was all of those companies just sent an on line request form, and many of the "leads": for the Denver basement finishing companies never turned into appointments after multiply calls. No, thats the nature of all internet leads, but we wanted to find a better mouse trap.

We started Denver Basement Remodeling to generate not leads, but actually appointments for the basement finishing contractors.  It worked great. But in the process we also had to learn how to make the site more visible, so we could be found on line.

The process helped both the home owner, and the contractor. By calling or talking the calls from home owners interested in Basement finishing estimates, we could first, have a much higher contract rate, second , qualify the home owner for the contractor, and match the right basement finishing company to them based on budget and needs. 

The home owner also saved a ton of time by speaking to only one person to set up to 3 appointments.  No telephone tag with 3 different basement finishing companies, and no explanation of what they wanted done over and over.  A real Win Win.

Today we continue the system for basement remodelers  for companies like Blue Sky remodeling and 3 R services.  These basement finishing companies have been part of the program for at least 7 years!  And the reason is easy,  we make their jobs easier, as well as the home owner when it's time to finish a basement in Denver.
